Business Development Representative

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a driven individual to join our sales team! As one of the first Viewabo BDRs, you will play a critical role in helping future customers become aware of and understand the value of Viewabo. This is an entry level BDR position and a perfect opportunity for growth at a fast-growing tech startup within SaaS sales.

Although this is primarily a remote role, you will need to work US hours, balancing outreach across all US time zones. We don’t expect a rigid schedule, only hard work and results.


Responsibilities

  • You will work across a territory of SMB, MM, and Enterprise accounts
  • You will own the complete outreach process from identifying prospects, prospecting and qualifying, and setting appointments for demos
  • You will manage a healthy account pipeline that enables successful outreach across multiple channels
  • You will become an expert in Viewabo’s product and skilled in identifying prospect pain points and opportunities
  • You will work closely with all departments to create and improve efficient processes
  • You will consistently exceed expectations
  • You will personify and champion Viewabo’s core values (Simplicity, Human-Centered, Customer Focused) as we scale globally

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, fail, and learn some more
  • Ability to use strategic listening and immediately implement feedback
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, in Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations
  • Strong time management, attention to details, and creative problem solving skills
  • An eagerness to grow your career, attack new challenges, seek out opportunities and resources for learning and development, and a desire to be an impact player in a startup environment
  • A track record of exceeding expectations in a sales environment is a plus
  • Experience presenting over the phone, in-person, or over video to mid-large size groups is a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and/or Salesforce is a plus
