Reports & Notifications

For administrators and customer team leads to visualize the overall activities and performances of their team.

Access reports page

If you are assigned as an Admin of Viewabo, you’ll see Reports at the top of the left navigation menu.

Viewabo Reports page serves as a dashboard to provide you with information about your team’s activities with Viewabo. Information on this page includes: 

  • Weekly Session Stats which shows a weekly overview of support status with Viewabo, such as: 
  • Number of sessions that agents have created
  • Total amount of time recorded through Viewabo Live or Viewabo Request
  • The length of time per Viewabo video
  • Recent Sessions: view a chart of all the video sessions has been created in Monthly, Weekly or on a Daily basis.
  • Recent Activity: see more specific information for each session.
  • Recent Recordings: replay all the Viewabo video recordings by clicking on direct links so you can review them as needed.

Notifications & recent activities

You can find the notifications feed on the right of the top bar navigation.

Click on the notifications icon and the feed will stick to the page.

This is where Viewabo will notify you of any fulfilled requests that need to be reviewed, or any pending requests that are nearing expiration.

The recent activities feed is where you get an overview of the most recent activities by users on your team.
