Who has access to recordings?
Any user in your organization that has an assigned Viewabo license can access Viewabo session recordings. This can be done through the Viewabo platform or, if a helpdesk integration is part of your Viewabo subscription plan, through the specific helpdesk ticket that is associated with the session.
How do I watch recordings?
To access and watch recordings, you and your agents can watch them on Viewabo web-based platform. No limit to the number of times you can watch the recordings.
How long are recordings saved?
Recordings of Viewabo sessions are currently saved indefinitely.
Where are recordings saved?
Recordings are stored on our servers in Cloud Storage.

How can Viewabo be managed from the Zendesk side?
Zendesk provides a way to manage installed apps. There is nothing to be managed in our app from Zendesk. Please see this Zendesk support article for further inquiries.
What if customers have internet connectivity issues when using Viewabo?
A 4G internet connection or wi-fi is most ideal for Viewabo service.
However, if your customers have severe connectivity issues, Viewabo has created an asynchronous tool to keep support going. Viewabo Request is for you where a live video is not feasible, you can send your customers a link via SMS, emails, live chat, or messaging tools, such as WhatsApp. They can directly record a video and submit it to you to see what's going on without needing to install an app. Instead of attaching the video to an email, Viewabo will alert you when a video is viewed, and they don’t have to worry about the video size being restricted by whatever email platform that you use.
If I use Viewabo, do I have to replace my current customer support system?
Not at all! Viewabo only enters into your existing workflow when you need to see what your customer sees in order to quickly diagnose root issues. There is no disruption to your usual processes.
